He is proud of his multicultural personal and academic background, and professional experience which has provided his organization with resources and tools to interact successfully in various cultural and professional environments in leadership positions. A strong believer in the power of collaboration, Imad is an HR professional with strong work ethic and unwavering commitment to the Human Resources profession.I mad has lived on 3 continents and was introduced very early on to various cultures that allowed him to see the world from different perspectives and understand that people have more in common and differences are what make us stronger and smarter both in our personal and professional lives.

Tori Goyette
Senior Community Manager, Hack.Diversity


At Hack, Tori is responsible for overseeing the Fellowship program, specifically recruiting, enrolling, and supporting a Cohort of 75 aspiring tech employees each year. Prior to joining Hack.Diversity, she spent nearly 5 years with Year Up. She is most at herself when coaching or facilitating. Outside of the office (when not in quarantine), she can usually be found taking a spin class, spending time with friends, or asking to pet people's dogs.

With over 20 years of experience, Xavier Hurd is formally responsible for leading Wyman Gordans’ divisional talent acquisition strategy for Precision CastParts. Xaviers’ responsibility included Precision Castparts global applicant tracking solutions and the connecting processes and tools. PCC is an 11.7 billion dollar Berkshire Hathaway company that specializes in manufacturing aerospace parts. Prior to the Aerospace industry, Xavier has lead talent acquisition and go-to-market strategies within the Utilities, Oil & Gas and IT industries.
